Veterinarian Overview
Dr. M Wayne McNeel obtained his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1991 from Kanas State University, College of Veterinary Medicine. He has been practicing Equine Medicine in Southern California since 1991.Growing up on a rural ranch in Wyoming with a working herd of horses, he knew horses would be his lifelong job and passion. His mother explains even his first word was h-o-r-s- e. His dream was to be treating and caring for all types of horses.Dr. McNeel also owns, shows and breeds his own horses. Much of his spare time is spent showing and participating at local, regional and national shows, this keeps him on top of current events. Dr. McNeel has a diverse clientele, with all breeds and disciplines. He enjoys working with all levels of owners and horses. He will tailor a program for any type of horse.
