Providers: Registration, Login, & Passwords…oh my!

• I love it. I’m in! Now, how do I sign up?

Easy! Go to www.Petmedicus.com/signup…and sign up!

• Darn! I forgot my password…Help!

Simply visit www.petmedicus.com/password and enter your email address to start the email reset procedure.

• Go to How do I change my password?

Once you’re logged in to your profile, password change and other profile information can be managed on your Profile Settings page.  The first time you sign in, you will be asked to change your password as part of an upgrade to our security. If you wish to change your password at any other time, access your profile settings and click Change Your Password.

• How do you protect my information?

Any and all private and confidential info is kept on our secured.

• How do I add additional veterinarians to our clinic?

Simply claim their profile via their state license number or other pieces of information and begin to build their profiles, too!

• Can I update the entire clinic with my user account?

Yep! We can set up tiered administration for clinics with multiple veterinarians.

How Does PetMedicus Manage Provider/ Clinic Information?

• Where do you get your information on me?

All licensure data was received from the individual state licensing board in which you are licensed to practice veterinarian medicine.

• How often does PetMedicus update your information?

General state license data is updated annually.

• How do I make changes to my profile?

Simple! Simply log on to you profile setting page and upload a new picture.

• How long does it take for changes to display on the site?

Instantly!

• How do I notify PetMedicus about changes to our clinic or our providers?

Simple! [email protected] goes right to our site administrators.

• Can I upload a video of my profile and/ or our clinic?

Absolutely…and please do! Linking to your YouTube video is simple and a great way to engage pet owners who are looking for a new veterinarian!
