Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Cangro received his undergraduate degree in Animal Science from the New York State College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Cornell University in 1986. He graduated from the New York State College of Veterinary Medicine (Cornell University) in 1990 where he was the winner of the Upjohn award for excellence in small animal internal medicine. He has strong interests in small animal medicine and soft tissue surgery. He is certified in the PennHip hip x-ray technique, a referral veterinarian in Synbiotics canine reproduction network, certified in performing Regenerative Veterinary Stem Cell Therapy and is a New York State Accredited Veterinarian able to perform international health certificate examinations. His interests outside of work include his beautiful wife and kids, ice hockey and jazz guitar.
