Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Zeichner grew up in New York City. She received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science at Cornell University. She went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. She completed a rotating small animal surgery and medicine internship at Long Island Veterinary Specialists in Plainview, New York and remained there for two additional years as a Staff Clinician in Emergency and Critical Care. Dr. Zeichner lives on Long Island with her husband, their Doberman puppy Bella and their two cats Jinx and Tigger. Dr. Zeichner greatly enjoys spending time with her horse Regal Skylark and actively competes in dressage. Her professional interests include soft tissue surgery, emergency medicine and radiology
