Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Jennifer Monkiewicz is a veterinarian in the Wellness Clinic at Saint Francis Veterinary Center. She obtained her BA in psychology and behavioral science from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Prior to attending vet school, Dr. Monkiewicz worked as a Certified Veterinary Technician, managing the surgery department at one of the busiest animal shelters in the US. In her free time, Dr. Monkiewicz enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it be cycling, hiking with her dog, Maggie, or simply strolling through the beautiful streets of West Philadelphia. She is also an avid reader, crossword puzzler, and NPR listener.
