Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Youello focuses her practice on physical rehabilitation and sports medicine at Saint Francis. Dr. Youello completed a B.S. in molecular biology at Harvey Mudd College, a Ph.D. in immunology at Washington University, and a one-year postdoctoral fellowship in cancer research at the Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia. She attended veterinary school at the University of Pennsylvania, where she won the Abbott Animal Health/VECCS Award for Proficiency in Emergency and Critical Care. Dr. Youello is a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist (CCRT), completing the certification program at the Canine Rehabilitation Institute in 2015. She is also a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist (CVA). Dr. Youello continues post-graduate training in veterinary sports medicine and rehabilitation at the Veterinary Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Group in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. She completed certification in acupuncture at the Chi Institute.
