Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Cook graduated from The Ohio State University, College of Veterinary Medicine in 1979. He continued his education at the University of Illinois and Texas A&M University. While enlisted in the United States Military he completed a fellowship in Pathology at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology, Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Dr. Cook served in assignments that included Chief of Infectious Disease and Preventative Medicine for Eastern Europe and the Middle East. He is a veteran of both Vietnam and Desert Storm. He has also been Adjunct Professor at Texas A&M University and has authored several scientific papers. He has a son, Sean, a physician, and a wife Sandy, a registered nurse. His interestes include scuba diving and gardening.
