Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Matthew Bennett grew up in Walhalla, SC and discovered his interest in veterinary medicine during a high school medical careers class. After completing his undergraduate education at Clemson, he attended the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Georgia, graduating in 2014. While at UGA, he met his wife Jenna, also a student in the veterinary program. After graduation, they both were excited to come to the Upstate for his job at Pickens Animal Hospital. Outside of work hours, Dr. Bennett enjoys movies, hiking, boating, and spending time with his wife and their two dogs.
