Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Cuttino grew up in Sumter, SC, and received her BS in Animal and Veterinary Sciences (minor Spanish language) from Clemson University. Since graduating from the University of Georgia veterinary school in 2006, Dr. Cuttino has been practicing general small animal and equine medicine in the Columbia area, with special interest in veterinary ophthalmology and geriatric care.She has spent several summers in Latin America providing veterinary care, doing humanitarian work, and working on improving Spanish language skills. In her free time, she enjoys working with her dogs Rhythm (German shepherd), Djembe (German shepherd stray), Laci (Golden/collie mix), and Bagel (a sweet Beagle stray). Her household is co-run by Oakley-Cat (aka OC) and Possum, the blind Siamese. Pasture maintenance is headed up by horses Kelso (QH) and Jackie (retired TB). Dr. Cuttino also avidly participates in outdoor adventures, including kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, triathlon, and water sports. She is an active member of Alice Drive Baptist Church in Sumter, SC.
