Veterinarian Overview
Dr.Koczen was born and raised on Long Island, NY. She earned her bachelors degree from SUNY Oswego, then went on to Ross University for veterinary school. Her clinical year was completed at Texas A&M University before moving on to Tucson, AZ to complete both general and oncology internships. After her internships, she stayed on to work in the emergency department for several years before moving to South Carolina. She joined SOAH in April 2015.Dr. Koczen has fur babies of her own, which include 2 rescue dogs, Dido and Daphne, along with 3 geckos and an Egyptian uromastyx.
