Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Theobald started working at Animal Clinic South in October of 2013, and has been the owner since January 2016. He grew up on a hog farm in Louisville, Illinois and has always had a love for animals. He earned a bachelors degree in Biology from McKendree University, then attended the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2001. He has practiced emergency, large, and small animal medicine throughout his career. Dr. Theobald is also very busy with his family. He and his wife have two very active boys who are involved in Boy Scouts, swimming, soccer, baseball and basketball. He also serves on the Hickey College Veterinary Technology advisory board.
