Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Schmidt is a St. Louis transplant originally from Wisconsin, the land of beer, cheese and, most importantly, the Packers. Though she still bleeds green and gold and wears her cheesehead during football season, Dr. Schmidt has become a devoted Cardinals fan and loves the metro area, the weather, and toasted ravioli. Dr. Schmidt and her husband currently have two cats, a torbie named Clover and a tortie named Dandelion. Clover is a lap cat with dog tendencies who greets her owners at the door, plays fetch, and will come when called. Her interests include counter surfing and sleeping. Dandelion has classic tortitude and merely allows her owners to co-exist in her space. She graces them with her presence for short periods when she sees fit, at which time they are required to pet her neck and sit still while she purrs contentedly. Outside of work, Dr. Schmidt enjoys spending time with her husband and cats, as well as running and biking.
