Veterinarian Overview
Kayla was born and raised in Calgary Alberta. During her summers she spent her time working on a horse and cattle ranch leading/organizing a summer riding camp along with general ranch and herd management. Basketball brought her to the University of Victoria for her undergraduate degree where she completed a bachelor of science in Kinesiology with a minor in neuro-psychology. She returned home to Calgary to complete her degree in veterinary medicine. Kayla grew up riding both English and western and spent time in multiple disciplines. Currently she enjoys spending time with her 27 year old gelding and mini pony.
