Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Christie Griffin was born and raised in Columbia, SC. She currently lives in Lexington, SC. She has always practiced veterinary medicine in Columbia, and in 2008, she opened Griffin Animal Hospital. She proudly graduated from Clemson University in 1992 with a BS in Animal Sciences. Go Tigers!!! From 1994-1997, she attended and graduated from Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Greater Columbia Association of Veterinarians. She has special interests in soft tissue surgery and Senior/Geriatric care. Currently, Dr. Griffin shares her home with one dog, Bear, and four adopted cats: Divot, Sullivan, Luke, and Piper. In her spare time she enjoys going to Clemson football games, spending time with family and friends, and water skiing.
