Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Patricia DÂ’Almeida Averill, a Rhode Island native, cofounded Lincoln Animal Hospital with her brother Dr. Joseph DÂ’Almeida in 1989. Having worked in the veterinary field since she was sixteen, Dr. Pat earned her B.S. from the University of New Hampshire, and her D.V.M. from Tufts where she was a member of their first graduating class in 1983. Her interests include canine and feline medicine, soft tissue surgery, and wellness and preventative care. Dr. Pat shares her other interests of conservation, hiking, bicycling, and XC skiing with her husband, two children, and their new superdog Piper.
