Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Dina Scotto a native Rhode Islander received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University, and returned to Rhode Island and worked in clinical laboratory science for 15 years. Her desire to further her education and her love for animals rekindled her interest in veterinary medicine. She then pursued her veterinary education at Kansas State University, where she earned her DVM in 2008. Following veterinary school Dr. Scotto worked in mixed animal practice and recently started her own large animal practice, Country Critters, serving Rhode Island and nearby communities. Dr. Scotto joined our practice as a part time associate in 2013, and we are happy to have her on our team.
