Veterinarian Overview
Dr. David Hopps has been in veterinary practice for over 45 years. Born in Chicago, he has lived all over the U.S., as well as in South Africa, New Zealand, and Colombia (se habla español). Studying Veterinary Medicine at the University of Pretoria, South Africa, he gained experience not only with small animal practice, but also in working with farm animals and wild animals from chimpanzees to ocelots and lion cubs. He received a PhD in Veterinary Medical Sciences from Texas A&M University. Dr. Hopps resides in Yardley, Pennsylvania, with his wife and their two dogs and two cats. They have four children, two grand children, and many grand-dogs and cats.
