Veterinarian Overview
A native of New Jersey, Dr. Holleuffer attended Cook College, Rutgers University and received her B.S. in animal science. She earned her veterinary degree from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. Upon graduation, Dr. Holleuffer retuned to NJ and worked for a year at a companion animal practice before joining the Cats Exclusive Veterinary Hospital and VCA Rutherford Animal Hospital. Her fur babies include Tenchi the Maine Coon cat, Poyo the chinchilla, Rascal and Rosie the ferrets, and Momo, Nibbler, Yuki, Hana, Riku, Kenji, Suki, and Ryuichi the sugar gliders. Dr. Holleuffer's hobbies include sewing, baking, snorkeling, and horseback riding. She is a member of the 501st Legion, an international volunteer organization dedicated to the construction and wearing of screen-accurate costume replicas of Star Wars villains The facilitation of the use of these costumes for Star Wars-related events contribute to the local community through costumed charity and volunteer work.
