Veterinarian Overview
Jenny Vokral is originally from Staten Island, NY. She completed her undergraduate at the State University of NY at Oneonta in 2008, where she received a BS in biology with a minor in studio art. She then worked as a veterinary assistant at a small animal practice in Staten Island for 2 years. Dr. Vokral received her DVM from Ross University and completed her clinical year at the University of Florida in 2014. After working in central NJ, she joined AHPP in May of 2016, which merged with VCA Rutherford Animal Hospital in August 2018. One of her special interests includes acupuncture, and she is currently training to become certified in veterinary acupuncture. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her significant other, Matt, listening to music and going to concerts, painting and drawing, and spending time with their cats Orion and CJ, and Caribbean dog Mila.
