Veterinarian Overview
Dr. McGuire received her veterinary degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine located on the island of St. Kitts, and completed her clinical year at North Carolina State College of Veterinary Medicine. She then completed a one year rotating internship. She has spent time working in both general practice and in the field of emergency medicine. Her interests include ultrasound, internal medicine and critical care. She grew up in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey, but has relocated to Hoboken. She lives with her rescue kids Raisin (an island dog from St. Kitts), and Leopold and Princess Poppy (rescue kitties). When not working she enjoys writing, working on her artwork (she does pet portraits!), and when time allows, horseback riding, playing tennis and skiing.
