First my dog of 16 years needed to be put down. Before the injection I was told by the attending staff that his ashes could be picked up in 1-2 days. When leaving I was told I would be called when the ashes came in. After a week I called to be told they were not in and Noah's ark would call me when it was in. I called another week only to be told again not in they will call. After 18 days I came in without the call. The ashes were there, just arrived as I was told, I was also told it should take 6-10 days for the ashes to arrive, though it had been more than both those combined. Tip, don't lie to your costumers.
Recently my other dog had a snake bite. Upon calling Noah's Ark I was told to take her to MU vet center for emergency care as their surgeon could not do a transfusion if necessary.
Upon release MU forwarded the health info to Noah's Ark. When I called to make the appointment they asked 4 times what the vet would need to do. I stated each time she was just released from ICU from MU and needed a follow up for the snake bite.
They required her to stay from 9-2 pm when she needs warm compresses and massages to lessen the swelling during this time.
I called the MU health department to see what info was sent to Noah's Ark. It was the same info I received. So why is it my job to tell Noah's Ark how to care for my dog, I'm not a vet...
I will not be trusting an animal with their care ever again.
