Veterinarian Overview
Dr. DeAngelo is a New Englander, born and raised. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science at the University of Connecticut. While there she worked as a veterinary assistant at a local veterinary hospital. She then received her dual degree of Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine and a Masters degree at Tufts University in Grafton, MA. She joined the Guilford Veterinary Hospital family in 2014. Her interests include canine and feline surgery, dermatology and ultrasonography. She also loves to care for pocket pets.During her free time, Dr. DeAngelo enjoys horseback riding on the Connecticut trails, playing equestrian polo, hiking and taking long strolls on the beach with her dog, Picasso. She also enjoys spending time with her two blind cats, Kera and Kennedy.
