Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Anderson joined Guilford Veterinary Hospital in June of 2014. She completed her undergraduate degree in Animal Science, Pathobiology and Wildlife Conservation at the University of Connecticut in 2010. Dr. Anderson received her veterinary degree from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University. She enjoys all aspects of small animal medicine and surgery, and has an interest in exotic pets. In addition, Dr. Anderson has a passion for public health and spent her summers during veterinary school studying infectious diseases in Africa and Asia.Dr. Anderson is a native of Connecticut, having been raised in Killingworth and Madison. She enjoys music, reading, traveling and spending time outdoors. On her days off, she can be found hiking, running, and combing the beaches with her Labradoodle, Bella June.
