Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Troxel grew up locally in Riverside, California. She graduated with honors from the University of California, Riverside (UCR) with a bachelors degree in biochemistry, followed by a masters degree in biochemistry and molecular biology. During her time at UCR, she began to work as a veterinary technician, eventually leading her to pursue a veterinary career. She earned her doctorate at Kansas State University and returned to the Inland Empire to practice veterinary medicine. Dr. Troxel enjoys attending continuing education courses to keep up with the most current advances in veterinary medicine. She is an accredited veterinarian and a member of several veterinary organizations, including the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the local Orange Belt Veterinary Medicine Association (OBVMA).
