Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Barkley was born and raised in Southern California. She earned a bachelors degree in animal science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, followed by a doctorate in veterinary medicine from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona. During her education at Cal Poly, Dr. Barkley began working as a veterinary technician, developing an interest in urgent care medicine. This interest continued throughout her doctoral education and led her to seek out opportunities to work as an urgent care care veterinarian. She is excited to be part of the team at the Emergency Pet Hospital of Redlands and looks forward to providing excellent care to you and your pets.
