Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Handerhan graduated from St. George's University in 2015. She spent her clinical rotation year of school at University College Dublin in Dublin Ireland. She then completed a 2 month internship at a private practice in Dublin. She is currently working toward her certification in Acupuncture and eastern medicine through the Chi Institute. Dr. Handerhan grew up in Arlington, VA and actually worked at Colonial during summers when she was studying her undergraduate degree. Dr. Handerhan has a 5 year old dog she rescued from Grenada where she attended Veterinary school and she enjoys taking hikes and sailing with him.
