Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Medici's mom was Hawaiian and her father a career Army Officer. With Hawaiian and Italian influence, family and honor are key components in Dr. Medicis life.After many years of being stationed around the world, her family settled in Nokesville in 1983. Dr. Medici finished high school at Brentsville and left Virginia for Kansas State University where she received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree in 1994. After graduation she returned home to Nokesville. She has been practicing small animal veterinary medicine in Northern Virginia since 1994.Dr. Medici decided to establish her own practice where she would have the opportunity to design a facility equipped with the most modern technology available for diagnosis and treatment while providing a comforting and family-like atmosphere for her clients and patients.Dr. Medici will also have the ability to focus on areas that are of special interest to her to include quality of life issues, geriatric care, and pain management. Dr. Medici has grown up with a variety of pets everything from hamsters to horses. She has learned to appreciate the specific individual needs of each animal.
