Does NOT listen to concerns or take owner's claims seriously. One track mind. It's absolutely disgusting the way her only priority is money, not your pets and not your family. Would never recommend, thank you for doing the exact opposite of what was asked and suggesting diet food when our dog wasn't eating because she was nearing the end of her life, because that makes a lot of sense.
