Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Willem Becker enjoys helping dogs get back on their feet, literally. Seeing a dog walk out the hospital after coming in lame or removing cancers from challenging areas are just two parts of the job he considers priceless. During his training, Dr. Becker studied the effects of various treatments for tracheal collapse. He has also done research examining novel treatments for shoulder injuries and sought additional training in fracture repair and corrective osteotomies. His orthopedic clinical interests include arthroscopy and total joint replacement, and his soft tissue interests are biliary and thoracic diseases.
