Veterinarian Overview
Ever since I can remember I have had a fascination and a love for animals. Some of my earliest memories are of me riding a horse, helping to process beef cattle, or chasing a sheep on my Grandfather's ranch in Scipio, Utah. By the age of 12 I had my very own Brittany Spaniel, appropriately named "Brit," that went everywhere with me. During high school, my interest in animals collided with my interest with biology and science and here I am loving my work as a veterinarian. I did my undergraduate work at Utah State and then went to vet school at CSU in Fort Collins, CO. I am blessed to have a wonderful family, with a beautiful wife, Cheryl and four children ranging from 6 to 17 (Preston, LeAnne, Sarah, and Jackson). We all love the out-of-doors, where you can find me riding a snowmobile, fly fishing on an Idaho river, or hiking and camping in the Uintas. We are also lucky to have Kate (a German shorthair), Meg (a lab cross) and our newest addition, Molly (a Maltese) to share our home in Perry, Utah.
