Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Da Silva was born and raised in Utah. She attended Westminster College for her undergraduate education, earning a Bachelors degree in Biology. She then went to veterinary school at Colorado State University. After graduating from vet school, she returned to Utah. She joins Antelope Animal Hospital after working at a multi-doctor practice in Salt Lake for the past six and a half years. Dr. Da Silva enjoys preventive care and internal medicine. She hopes to improve the quality of life of all of her patients and solidify the bond between the clients and their beloved pets. In her free time, Dr. Da Silva loves to spend time with her husband and two sons, preferably outdoors. They love cycling, camping, hiking and playing soccer. Dr. Da Silva is an avid reader, plays piano in her church band, loves to travel and speaks Spanish, Portuguese and American Sign Language in addition to her native English.
