Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Paula Ramsey grew up in League City. She had an interest in veterinary medicine and animal care from a very young age. She attended the University of Houston Downtown for undergraduate studies before being accepted to Texas A & M College of Veterinary Medicine, where she graduated with her DVM in 1998. She has worked as a general practitioner for 20 years providing high-quality care for dogs and cats and their human families. Her professional interests include general health and wellness, strengthening the human-animal bond, internal medicine, dermatology, nutrition and alternative medicine therapies. Away from work, Dr. Ramsey enjoys spending time with her husband Greg, 5 children and 1 grandson camping, fishing, going to the beach, watching and attending baseball or football games, bowling and watching movies. Her fur babies include 4 large mixed breed dogs and 2 cats.
