Veterinarian Overview
Cathy Cooper received her DVM from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and began her veterinary career in New Castle, DE in 2007. In December of 2010, Dr. Cooper moved to Tyler, Texas to be closer to her family and began practicing at a local veterinary hospital, where she met and worked with Dr. Cauthen. Over the past several years, Dr. Cooper has been working as lead doctor until she had the opportunity to come join the team at Animal Medical Center of Tyler. Dr. Cooper enjoys getting to know and bond with clients and their pets and all aspects of veterinary medicine. When not working, Dr. Cooper likes spending time with family, especially niece and nephews and friends, reading, watching movies, and enjoying the outdoors.
