Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Milligan grew up in Oklahoma and moved to Texas after graduating from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2004. She enjoys working at several different clinics in the area as a relief veterinarian. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and her three kids. She enjoys reading and being a leader in Bible Study Fellowship. Her extended family includes a crazy yellow lab named Moose.
