Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Priour has been with Traveling Tails Veterinary Clinic since 2004. She grew up in Kerrville acquiring an appreciation of wildlife and the outdoors. Dr. Priour had dreams of becoming a veterinarian and attended Texas A&M University. She received her B.S. in both Animal Science and Veterinary Science followed by her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2001. Upon graduation, she began practicing at a mixed animal clinic in Wimberley, Texas. Dr. Priour and her husband, Matt, welcomed their first child, Vivian, into the world in January 2004 and their son, Raleigh, in July 2007. Having an extensive family in Kerrville, they moved back home in 2009 where she continued practicing at a small animal clinic. In February 2011, Dr. Priour rejoined our practice working part time, since she missed working with the Traveling Tails team and their great clientele. Dr. Priours interests in veterinary medicine include: internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and cytology. She shares her home with two adorable cats: Scarlett and Pikachu. Her hobbies include: camping, fishing, hunting, working out and cooking.
