Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Thompson graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1991 and has practiced in San Antonio since 1992. Dr. Thompson completed post-doctoral training for physical rehabilitation at the University of Tennessee in 2004, and she also completed the acupuncture certification training with IVAS in 2011. Dr. Thompson has utilized acupuncture and physical rehabilitation in her practice since 2001. Her special interests include integrative medicine, acupuncture, physical rehabilitation and laser therapy. Dr. Thompson is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society. Her favorite hobby is dog agility competitions.
