Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Roy Brenton Smith joined the veterinary community at the age of 14 when he took position as a member of the kennel staff at his first veterinary hospital. He grew up always wanting to be a veterinarian. After completing his education in 1962, he began practicing veterinary medicine in Austin, Texas during the summer of the same year.Throughout his career, Dr. Smith has always had a strong interest in feline medicine. The establishment of Central Texas Cat Hospital is a natural evolution of this interest. CTCH is the 4th veterinary hospital that Dr. Smith has established during his 53 years of practice.
