Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Taylor graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University in 1977 with a BS in biomedical science and received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 1982, cum laude as well. Dr. Taylor practiced in Temple, Texas, from 1982-1985. In 1985, he joined a practice in Dallas until he purchased Rockwall County Veterinary Clinic in March 1989. He and his wife have two sons, as well as Hank, the black Labrador retriever, and two granddogs, Basman and Chief (both bull terriers). Dr. Taylor has taught a veterinary science class for the Rockwall County 4-H since 1993. In his spare time, he enjoys bass fishing competitively and watching Texas Rangers baseball.
