Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Lisa Schroeder grew up in Dallas and graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M University in 1998. She joined White Rock Veterinary Hospital in 2012 after practicing in Northwest Austin for the past 14 years. She was a finalist for the 2008 Purina Veterinarian of the Year and owes her good fortune to her loyal clients. She enjoys being the primary veterinarian for English Springer Spaniel Rescue as it gives her a chance to give back to the community. Her special interests include internal medicine, dermatology, acupuncture and holistic medicine. Dr. Schroeder hopes to be certified in acupuncture in 2018. She lives at home with her son and her rescued chocolate lab, Hunter. Dr Schroeder enjoys hiking, reading, and playing sports with her son.
