Veterinarian Overview
Sophie L. Gleeson, DVM is originally from the beautiful country of Australia. Raised on a farm, she has been surrounded by animals all her life. Dr. Gleeson attended Texas A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science. She obtained a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at St. Georges University in the Caribbean. During her fourth year of veterinary school, Dr. Gleeson completed her clinical training at Louisiana State University in Baton RougeDr. Gleeson maintains an interest in internal medicine, geriatrics and dentistry. She enjoys the diversity that practicing small animal medicine presents and the opportunity to make a positive difference in her patients and their familys lives. When not treating patients, Dr. Gleeson enjoys spending time with her family and friends, her two Doberman Pinchers Zoe and Zappa- and training horses.
