Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Lauren Andrews is a Kentucky native and proud Wildcats fan. After completing her undergraduate education at the University of Kentucky she earned her doctorate of veterinary medicine from Auburn University. She joined Lakeway Veterinary Clinic for the opportunity to practice progressive medicine in a top notch facility with a wonderful support team. Dr. Andrews has a special interest in physical rehabilitation and pain management, aspiring to become certified in acupuncture within the next few years. Making sure your furry family member is comfortable at every stage of life is her goal. Outside of work, Dr. Andrews enjoys hiking, travelling, playing soccer, and learning her way around Austin by bicycling. She has one shelter mutt named Carmen and thinks rescues make the best companions!
