Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Katie Eick graduated from the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine Summa Cum Laude in 1998. After vet school, Dr. Eick lived and worked in Roanoke, Virginia, where she owned her own practice until 2010. When the cold weather and snow became too much for her, Dr. Eick decided to head south for the winter and loved Texas so much, she stayed!!! After 2 years in Austin, she moved to Houston where she now lives with Mike and her dogs: Ringo, Prego, Rocky, Raoul and Annie. In her free time, Dr. Eick loves to see live music. Her love of music inspired the vision for South By South Vets! Why not take the two things she loves most, animals and music, and blend them together? When not enjoying music in Houston, Austin or some other amazing city, Dr. Eick also enjoys spending time with friends and getting in a good run on a beautiful Houston day!
