Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Matt Dikeman is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He began his career with Brittmoore Animal Hospital in 1970. He is a Diplomate through the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (A.B.V.P.) and a member of the Texas Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association. Over the years, Dr. Dikeman has become known within the community as the "friendly country doctor in the big city". He has also become known as the "bulldog doctor" as he has treated and/or preformed corrective surgery on numerous congenital bulldog conditions. Dr. Dikeman is certified through the University of Pennsylvania Hip Improvement Program (PennHIP). Matt and his wife Sarah have two children, Neal and Rebecca. Neal and his wife live in Houston. Daughter Rebecca, is a veterinarian as is her husband. They have two daughters, Kaitlyn and Madeline live in Tennessee. Matt enjoys his two cats and his weekly trip to the ranch with his dog, Sandy, to tend to the cattle and "chit-chat" with the country folk.
