Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Taffi S. Tippit founded Bissonnet/Southampton Veterinary Clinic in 1981. Today she is the owner, administrator, and chief medical/surgical officer of an award-winning practice distinguished for excellence in the field of small animal health. Her goals are to advance patient care, to serve her community by making better the lives of animals and their owners, and to provide a clinic environment where veterinary medicine can be practiced with skill, sensitivity, and optimal outcomes. Because she believes that children benefit from loving and caring for animals, her daughter and son continuously have a variety of wonderful creatures in their lives.Dr. Tippit graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 1978. Her Bachelor of Science degree, presented with summa cum laude honors, is also from Texas A&M, where she was a member of honor societies and campus organizations
