Veterinarian Overview
I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and went to Gaither High School. I enjoyed playing softball and the violin and participated in Girl Scouts for 12 years. I received my bachelors in biology, Integrative Animal Science at the University of South Florida. While in undergrad I volunteered for a spay and neuter clinic. I also volunteered at Big Cat Rescue in Tampa which is a rescue place for tigers and other large cats. I worked as a technician while going to school full time for 4 years before going to veterinary school. In March of 2015, I was accepted to Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and I spent 2 ½ years there before attending Texas A&M for my clinical year. I enjoy hiking, fishing, reading, and spending time with my fur babies, Ziggy and Merida.
