Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Mark Schumann is excited to join his associates at Bent Tree Animal Hospital, PA and serve the pet families in the Dallas area. Growing up in Marion, Texas on a small family farm, he found a desire to help and care for animals. Prior to vet school, he received a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture at Texas State University and worked as a veterinary technician. Dr. Schumann earned his veterinary degree from Oklahoma State University, Center for Veterinary Health Sciences and is a member of the Texas Veterinary Medical Association, American Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Animal Hospital Association. Outside of veterinary medicine he enjoys anything to do with mechanics and the outdoors. Dr. Schumann and his wife Brittney share their home with their sons James and Henry and cat Jake.
