Veterinarian Overview
Originally from Cypress, Texas, Roger Zinn has over 15 years of veterinary experiance in both general and emergency medicine. In 2014, he teamed up with Dr. Jennifer Hennessey Bemseth in her vision of opening and developing Animal ER. Roger studied Animal Science at Sul Ross State University and Veterinary Technology at Cedar Valley College. He is also a graduate of Colorado State Universitys Veterinary Management Institute with a masters certificate in Veterinary Business Administration through the College of Veterinary Medicine & American Animal Hospital Association. Roger has been published in several national magazines discussing various topics within the veterinary industry. He has held many titles within the realm of veterinary medicine including being an adjunct educator for the Veterinary Paramedic Program at Houston Community College for 7 years and has lectured for various pharmaceutical companies on relevant veterinary topics all over Texas. Roger holds memberships with the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), where he sits on an Advisory Board, the International Association of Veterinary Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy (IAVRPT), Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA), and the International Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Society.
