Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Kellie A. Cochran graduated from Texas A&M University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Veterinary Science. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2003.Upon graduation, Dr. Cochran originally started her veterinary career at Retama Equine Hospital in Selma, Texas working with Equine Medicine and Surgery. In 2006, she then expanded her veterinary career to include Small Animal Medicine and Surgery, with a keen interest in internal medicine and critical care.Dr. Cochrans roots come from south Texas. She grew up on a farm and knew from early on that her desire was to help animals, large and small. Dr. Cochran is married to her husband, Chad, and they have two daughters, Emersen and Berklee. She loves being outdoors and all the adventures that go along with it. In her free time she enjoys fishing, running, kayaking, volunteering with her childrens activities, and being an active member in her church and a teacher for their Christian education program.
