Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Kara Pittman started working at Buttercup Veterinary Hospital in June 2008. Her goal after graduation was to find a small animal hospital that not only practiced quality medicine, BVH was excited to mentor her as she began her career. The doctors and staff at BVH have been wonderful to work with. Everyone is very supportive and strives to provide the highest quality of service for our patients and clients. Dr. Pittman and her husband, Michael, have two young children, three dogs and two tortoises . Outside of work, she enjoys backpacking, wildlife photography, traveling, watching Aggie sports, being involved in church activities and most importantly, spending time with family and friends.
