Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Suzanne M. Brown joined Belton Small Animal Clinic in the fall of 2011. Originally from the Houston area, she spent 8 years as an associate veterinarian in Temple. She has the unique distinction of being both a Longhorn and an Aggie, with an undergraduate degree in Zoology from the University of Texas at Austin and a DVM from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine.Her professional interests include internal medicine, anesthesiology, feline medicine, and diagnostic ultrasound. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Texas Veterinary Medical Association, the North Central Texas District Veterinary Medical Association, and is on the Board of Directors of the Animal Emergency Center of Temple-Belton.Dr. Brown enjoys international travel and is fluent in Spanish. She lives out in the country with her husband Craig and their three young daughters, twins Anna and Grace, and the youngest Claire. They share their home with their blue heeler mix Daisy, rottweiler mix Maddie and their cockatiel Piper.
